PointSolutions are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator.  The details of this position are as follows


Job Description
A part time accounts administrator 1-day per week. Reporting to the Managing Director the role will have two core elements – i) To undertake accounts management and processing using Sage Line 50 Accounts; ii) To fulfil the role of business administrator, conducting adhoc administrative duties.

The specific responsibilities include, but not exhaustive:


  • Managing the sales, purchase and nominal ledger processing
  • Creating monthly accounts reports to provide key KPI information
  • Managing debtor and creditor lists
  • Processing order confirmation documentation
  • Ensuring key contractual milestones are met
  • Filing of all internal and external documentation
  • Generation and distribution of monthly statements and invoices
  • Updating of internal systems


Skillset Required:

  • Experience of working with Sage Accounts – to nominal, budget and management reporting level
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Self-management and strong organisation skills
  • Highly competent administrative skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suite



  • Salary: £12 per hour.
