Business Development Manager

PointSolutions are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager. The details of this position are as follows


Job Description

This is a UK-wide New Business Development role in an established and growing Microsoft solution specialist organisation. To support growth, PointSolutions desires an experienced professional to focus on mid-market & enterprise-level organisations to sell PointSolutions Office 365 Apps and Office 365 / SharePoint Online development services.

The role will include (but not be limited) to the following:

  • Lead qualification and lead-to-order management
  • App demonstrations
  • Presentation creation and delivery – to single business audiences and multiple, via workshops / seminars
  • Create focused presentations for PointSolutions App and supporting Office365 technologies
  • Project handovers to internal teams
  • Target and KPI monitoring and delivery
  • Coordination with marketing to deliver supporting messages and content
  • Keep up-to-date with Office 365 applications and up-coming Office 365 technologies
  • Contribute to the building of relationships with key account and prospective customers

  • An understanding of the Office 365 ecosystem with an ability to keep up to date with the constantly evolving world of Office 365 (desirable)

  • Experience of working with HR systems (desirable)


  • Salary: £25k – £30k
  • OTE: £50k – £55k
  • Uncapped Commission
