HR software that has been designed to work in tandem with Office 365 was a hot topic at the 2016 CIPD Software Show at the Olympia London.

In 2015 PointSolutions showcased their first to market HR offering for Office 365 and twelve months on the team at PointSolutions returned to the prestigious event to demonstrate how the system has evolved and is now being used by a multitude of businesses, both large and small.

User experience was a major buzz at the 2016 show and the fact that HR systems need to respond to the changing workforce.

Dave Bailey – Marketing Director at PointSolutions comments: “The main feedback we have had throughout the show was related to the user experience. Our HR software looks great and is easy to use.  We’ve designed it that way to appeal to a modern and a more traditional audience where expectations are very different”.

2016 at the CIPD Software Show was also more than 100% up on visitors to the PointSolutions exhibition stand.

Dave Bailey added: “Over the course of two days we delivered back-to-back demonstrations as visitors to the show were making a beeline for us.  This is a real indicator of the way both HR Managers and IT Managers are seeing the potential in Office 365 for much more than the traditional Office suite.”
