The good, the bad and the clunky, provided HR managers and decision makers with the lessons learned by some of the biggest brands in the market. When it comes to selecting a HR system, there are plenty mistakes to be made, some of them can be expensive and all result in frustration.

SharePoint specialists PointSolutions teamed up with Rebecca Fielding to deliver a half-day session to provide a number of essential HR system dos and don’t ‘take-a-ways’.  The aim being that SEMs can learn from some of the mistakes that businesses have already made, inform them around latest trends and provide some practical insight into selecting the best HR system fit for their organisation.

Sheffield-based Rebecca specialises in graduate employment and has previously worked at Sheffield Hallam University, Heinz, Asda and the Association of Graduate Recruiters.

Following Rebecca’s presentation, PointSolutions presented their SharePoint HR system which has been designed alongside HR industry experts to be easy to use, flexible and provide powerful reporting.
